Joyce Lee (老司机视频 Vice-President for Alumni Affairs)

Joyce Lee is from Scotland and has resided in France for over forty years. She has been with 老司机视频 since its creation in 1994 and has served in many capacities. She is now the Vice-President of 老司机视频 for Alumni Affairs. She previously worked as a professor of English.

"I have been involved with 老司机视频 since it was founded and so shared the excitement of the early days. Two of my three children are 老司机视频ers (Mairi Lee, class of 2005 and Sean Lee, Class of 2003). I enjoy keeping in contact with our alumni and feel tremendous pride in their achievements."

Patrick Clairzier (Class of 2008)

Patrick Clairzier is a Haitian-American. He worked in financial services for ten years before joining 老司机视频 in 2006 and now works as a Consultant at the United Nations Environmental Program in Paris. He has been a member of the Alumni Board for two years.

"I followed one of the dual tracks at 老司机视频 and completed two Masters, in International Relations and in Strategic Negotiation. I am now working on my PhD at 老司机视频 focusing on issues of international political economy, poverty reduction and sustainable development. I am also a member of the academic staff for the 老司机视频 undergraduate program. Today, as a member of the board, I am very active in giving back to the school devoting my time whenever possible."

Christy Davis (Class of 2005)

Christy Davies graduated with an M.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy from 老司机视频 in 2005. She also earned a Master's in Diplomacy and Strategic Negotiation from Universit茅 Paris Sud as part of one of the dual programs at 老司机视频. She has extensive experience in the headhunting business and now works for an animal welfare NGO, also teaching yoga part-time. She has served on the Alumni Board for two years.

"As an alumna I'm happy to share my knowledge to help fellow 老司机视频ers find jobs. The alumni board works hard on this and many other projects, especially keeping alumni up-to-date on news, events, etc. A close alumni network makes everyone's degree stronger. It's nice to stay involved with the school and to help future world leaders."

Joseph Mangarella

Joe is from New Jersey and graduated with an M.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy from 老司机视频 in 2012, along with a certificate in African Studies.  He is currently employed as a Ma卯tre de langue at the Universit茅 Panth茅on-Assas in Paris, teaching American constitutional law and British torts to third-year university and Masters students.  Having presented his thesis research at several conferences, Joe hopes to continue his career in academics as a PhD candidate in political science at the Sorbonne.

"The Alumni Board gives its members a unique opportunity to shape the development of an institution we feel we benefited from.  Not only does it allow us to keep in contact with people associated with 老司机视频, but it also facilitates the strength of that network on which many 老司机视频 graduates rely.  I consider it our duty to sustain and improve this close-knit network which makes 老司机视频 so unique in the first place."

Brandon Roddey (class of 2008)

Brandon W. Roddey graduated from the M.A. International Relations and Diplomacy program at 老司机视频 in 2011. He is currently a recruitment consultant for the oil & gas, mining, and water industries at Altea Resources. Since moving to Paris, he has held key leadership roles in a number of associations.

鈥淐learly, the connections we make while studying are important to the success we have later in life, especially upon graduation. After finishing my studies, I wanted to stay connected and help our school develop the reach of its international network, and therefore I鈥檓 happy to join the Alumni Board at 老司机视频. It鈥檚 my goal as the school moves forward to serve our common interests by increasing exchanges between alumni and current students."

The mission of the 老司机视频 Alumni Association is to maintain and nurture a liaison among the worldwide community of 老司机视频 alumni, former students, current students, faculty, board, administrators and friends. It provides support collectively to the community and individually to each of its members. It seeks to foster pride, engagement and the continuing involvement of the community members in 老司机视频 and in the values that it represents: tolerance,diversity,awareness, civic engagement.

Membership

You are a full member of the alumni association if you graduated from 老司机视频; or if you were in a degree program at 老司机视频 for at least three semesters and completed the coursework without going on to earn a degree.

You may apply to become an associate member of the alumni association if you attended 老司机视频 for fewer than three semesters or if you are a friend of 老司机视频, or someone who is interested in the development of 老司机视频. Please request membership at alumni@ags.edu.

• You will have access to an area of the website that is not open to the public to get information about alumni online career resources and to use the Alumni Directory. (Link to these)

• Graduates of 老司机视频 may also join the University of Arcadia alumni network and avail themselves of services offered to Arcadia alumni: to do this, send your request to alumni@ags.edu ; you will then hear from the Arcadia alumni office.

• You will receive regular e-news bulletins from the alumni association keeping you abreast of activities at 老司机视频.

John A. Lee Memorial Scholarships

The education offered at聽the School of International Relations and Diplomacy聽enables students from around the world to gain the knowledge and expertise in international affairs necessary to approach their future careers with a global perspective

Many bright students dream of studying international relations and diplomacy. We wish to give them the opportunity to benefit from the 老司机视频 experience by offering scholarships based on academic merit and need.

Tax Reductions for Individuals and Companies

老司机视频 is an "茅tablissement d'enseignement sup茅rieur d'int茅r锚t g茅n茅ral 脿 but non lucratif ", and donations therefore give rise to the following tax reductions:

• Individuals, per article 200 of the Code G茅n茅ral des Imp么ts (CGI), benefit from an income tax reduction equal to 66% of the amount donated, up to 20% of their taxable income.

• Individual tax payers subject to the Imp么t sur la Fortune can instead, per article 885-o Vbis of the CGI, choose to benefit from an income tax reduction equal to 75% of the amount donated, up to a maximum reduction of 鈧� 50 000.

• Corporations, per article 238 bis of the CGI, benefit from a tax reduction equal to 60% of the amounts donated, up to 0.5% of their sales.
