On December 4, he gave a lecture on “Law and Culture in South and East Asia” as part of the Master of Law in Cross-Cultural Business Practice (MLCBP) at the <a href="http://www.unifr.ch/home/welcomeE.php" target="_blank">University of Fribourg</a> (Switzerland).</p> <p>A Swiss diplomat, Ambassador Dreyer spent most of his career in Asia. He held different positions in China, as Counsellor, Minister and Ambassador. He was also assigned four years to Japan, and five years ito India, as Swiss Ambassador to India, Nepal and Bhutan.
